Terms and Conditions for Unitech Computer Education Center

1. Introduction Welcome to Unitech Computer Education Center. By enrolling in or using the services provided by Unitech Computer Education Center, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, you are not permitted to use our services.

2. Services Provided Unitech Computer Education Center offers various computer education services, including but not limited to computer courses, workshops, certifications, and other related educational activities. All services are subject to availability and may be updated from time to time.

3. Enrollment and Registration

• To enroll in a course, students must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete personal information.
• Students must pay the applicable fees as stated in the course descriptions before the commencement of any course or program.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Course Fees and Payment

• Course fees are non-refundable once paid, except as specified in our refund policy.
• Payment for courses must be made via the approved methods outlined during the enrollment process.
• Unitech Computer Education Center reserves the right to modify the course fees at any time. In such cases, students who have already enrolled will not be affected by fee changes.

5. Attendance and Participation

• Students are expected to attend all classes as per the schedule. Failure to attend classes may result in incomplete certification or program completion.
• In case of absence, students are required to notify the center in advance and may be offered make-up classes at the center’s discretion.
• Active participation in courses, assignments, and exams is required for certification.

6. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and fellow students.
• Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or cheating, will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the course without refund.
• Students are responsible for their conduct and must adhere to the center’s policies and local laws while attending classes.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of course enrollment.
• A full refund will be provided only if the course is canceled by Unitech Computer Education Center before it begins.
• If the student decides to cancel after the course has started, partial refunds may be offered, based on the course duration and circumstances.

8. Certification

• Upon successful completion of a course, students will receive a certificate of completion, subject to meeting all requirements such as attendance, assignments, and exams.
• Unitech Computer Education Center reserves the right to withhold certification if the student fails to meet the necessary criteria.

9. Intellectual Property

• All materials, including but not limited to course content, documents, videos, software, and logos, are the intellectual property of Unitech Computer Education Center and are protected by copyright laws.
• Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal, educational use only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

• Unitech Computer Education Center respects the privacy of its students. Personal data provided during registration will be kept confidential and used solely for educational purposes.
• By enrolling, students consent to the collection and use of their data in accordance with the center’s privacy policy.

11. Limitation of Liability
